1. Accommodation
Rental rate for one unit is as takes after:
i. Weekdays: Rm300 for every night
ii. Weekend/ open occasion/ school occasion: Rm350 for every night
Check in: dua:00pm
Check out : 12:00pm
All guests are obliged to stop their auto at the guests’ stopping range. Stopping charge is chargeable at Rm5/night/auto and to be paid specifically to the gatekeeper house throughout auto enlistment. This stopping charge is at the expense of the visitor/ auto manager.
No pets, pork, alcohol, all non-halal nourishment, smoking and gathering festival are permitted inside the house (smoking region is given at the overhang).
Cooking gas is given just to visitor staying more than 1 week.
For at regular intervals of staying, the visitor is entitled for one free cleaning administrations (with the exception of visitors’ close to home clothing). Extra cleaning administrations is chargeable at Rm70 for every administration (to be paid straightforwardly to the maid). 2. Number of Guests Allowed

4. Rental Payment

5. Cancelation, Postponement or No Show Policy
Scratch-off/ Postponement:
i. Deposit won’t be discounted for booking that is crossed out/ delayed short of what 48hrs preceding weigh in day.
ii. Advance rental installment according to thing 4 (ii,iii or iv) will be completely discounted for scratch-off/ delay made sometime or another of time preceding weigh in day. Cash will be discounted inside fourteen (14) working days.
No Show:
i. Deposit won’t discounted.
